About the conference:

The 1st International IEEE Conference on Innovation in Computing Data And Electronics (InCODE-2026) is a globally recognized event to be organized by the Department of CSE-Data Science and Electronics Communication Engineering at OIST, Bhopal, India, technically co-sponsored by IEEE MP Section. Serving as a prestigious platform, this flagship conference will facilitate the dissemination of cutting-edge advancements across a spectrum of disciplines, including Big Data, Machine Learning and Deep Learning , Cyber security Blockchain Technology , Data Mining , Cloud , Quantum Computing Digital Signal, Sensor Design , Internet of Things (IoT),Wireless Sensor Networks , VLSI Design, Robotics and Automation, Embedded Electronics General Topics for Engineers and allied domains. As a recurring annual event with worldwide participation, InCODE-2026 will converge experts, researchers, scholars, and industry professionals from around the world to share and deliberate on their work, offering profound insights into emerging technological trends. In adherence to global trends, InCODE -2026 will be conducted in a hybrid mode at OIST, Bhopal, allowing for both in-person and virtual participation. We anticipate a strong turnout of authors and participants, fostering engaging discussions and impactful networking opportunities.

All the registered and presented papers in the conference will only be submitted to IEEE for their inclusion into IEEE Xplore which is Scopus indexed, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Call for Papers

The 1st International IEEE Conference on Innovation in Computing Data And Electronics (InCODE-2026) invites researchers, academics, industry professionals, and practitioners to submit their original research papers for presentation at the conference.

InCODE-2026 provides a platform for experts across disciplines to explore emerging trends, innovations and opportunities in the interconnected realms of data science, AI, and communication networks.

Paper Submission

• Papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

• Papers should not exceed 6 pages including figures, tables, and references.
• All submissions will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical quality, and relevance to the conference themes.
• The working language of the conference is English, which will be used for all printed material, presentations and discussion.
• Paper submission should be through CMT submission
• Total file size of the paper must not exceed 5 MB.

IEEE policies:

The E-Copyright form must be submitted by the author or presenter at the time of registration. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., by not including it in IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and IEEE will take action against any author who has engaged in either practice.

Note: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Registration Guidelines

• Please note that the fees shown in the above table are inclusive of all taxes and levies. Any gateway charges along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant.
• IEEE member fees discount is only applicable if an active IEEE membership number is provided in the registration form. IEEE members are requested to upload IEEE membership details during the online registration process, if registering under IEEE category.
• Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomats with a university or another similar institution. The proof of enrolment (Valid Student ID showing name and current status) should be scanned and uploaded on the registration system).
• All registrations include admission to all technical sessions.
• At least one of the authors must complete an author registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference.
• One author registration covers only one paper.
• Payment can be made by any UPI like Phonepe, Paytm or Google Pay.
• For any registration category, no refunds will be made in any case.
