The Second National Conference on Computational Optimization & Data Engineering (CODE-2k26) will take place on March 30, 2026, in Bhopal, India (The City of Lakes), under the aegis of IEEE MP Section. This conference serves as a premier platform for researchers, academicians, industry experts, and students to exchange innovative research and recent advancements in Big Data, Data Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, IoT, Networking, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and their associated learning systems and applications.

Authors are invited to submit their original, unpublished research that is not currently under review by any other conference or journal. Submissions should focus on state-of-the-art research in areas such as Big Data, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Data Science, and related learning systems and applications. Papers must be clearly written in English, and the length should not be less than 5 pages, including tables, figures, references, and appendices. All submissions must follow the prescribed formatting guidelines and be submitted via the official conference portal.

Papers are to be submitted online only. Kindly do not submit abstract-only and same paper multiple times, it may lead to cancellation of an article/paper
A rigorous review of all the articles submitted for the Conference will be conducted through the following process :
STEP 1: INITIAL ASSESSMENT BY CONFERENCE CHAIRS
Each manuscript will be read by the conference chairs (either individually or in consultation with other chairs) to assess its suitability for the conference CODE-2K26 according to the guidelines provided for submission of article or research paper. Following points will be taken into consideration
STEP 2: ROUND OF DOUBLE BLIND PEER REVIEW
The conference chairs will find and contact 2or 3 other researchers or academics (technical program committee members or from outside of the same) who are experts in the same field. They will be asked to review submitted article, and advise the Conference Chairs with their valuable comments
The authors will be given the feedback about their article, telling them if any changes need to be made before it can be published. Our authors tell us that the reviewers' comments can be extremely helpful, ensuring that the article is of a high quality. Please note the final decision on a paper and the choice of who to invite to review is always at the Conference Chairs’ discretion.
STEP 3: REVISE AND RESUBMIT
Manuscripts with minor errors also can be accepted after revision. The authors can amend their article based on the reviewers' comments and resubmitting it with changes made.
STEP 4: FINAL NOTIFICATION
The notification will be emailed to the author based on the reviewers’ feedback. The Notification will be e-mailed to authors under any of the three categories
STEP 5: CAMERA READY PAPER AND REGISTRATION
And that's it, authors made it through peer review. Next stop is Registration for presentation during the conference.

Bhopal is a city in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It's one of India’s greenest cities. There are two main lakes, the Upper Lake and the Lower Lake. On the banks of the Upper Lake is Van Vihar National Park, home to tigers, lions and leopards. The State Museum has fossils, paintings and rare Jain sculptures. Taj-ul-Masjid is one of Asia’s largest mosques, with white domes, minarets and a huge courtyard. Other attractions:
Bhojpur Temple: The majestic Bhojpur temple is just 29 km from Bhopal. The temple is about 1000 years old and dates to the reign of Raja Bhoj, the legendary Parmar monarch of Dhar. Even today, during the Shivaratri celebrations, this temple draws a sizable number of devotees of Lord Shiva.
Bhimbetka Rock Shelters: On the highway leading to Hoshangabad, the Rock Shelters of Bhimbetka are situated about 45 km to the southeast of Bhopal. The site is 10 km long and around 3 km wide.
Sanchi Stupa:
Sanchi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site situated 49 km from Bhopal, known for its stupas, pillars and stunning gateways.
This OIST is in city Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Bhopal being a major railway junction in the Central region it connects almost all important destinations in north, south, west and east. OIST is located on State highway linking BHEL township & Raisen. It is well connected by local transport, the Institute is 11 kms from Bhopal main station & 7 kms from Ranikamlapati Station and is 20 km away from Rajabhoj Airport.
