About the conference:

The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning & Cybernetics (IC-AIMLC 2026) is a premier IEEE-supported forum that brings together researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and innovators from around the world to exchange knowledge, share research findings, and discuss the latest advancements in science and technology. The conference aims to promote interdisciplinary collaboration in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Cyber Security, Data Science, Robotics, Communication Systems, Power and Energy Systems, Smart Infrastructure, and Sustainable Engineering. It provides a platform for presenting high-quality, peer-reviewed research that addresses real-world challenges and contributes to technological innovation and societal development.

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE quality and formatting requirements.

Registration Guidelines

• Please note that the fees shown in the above table are inclusive of all taxes and levies. Any gateway charges along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant.
• IEEE member fees discount is only applicable if an active IEEE membership number is provided in the registration form. IEEE members are requested to upload IEEE membership details during the online registration process, if registering under IEEE category.
• Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomats with a university or another similar institution. The proof of enrollment (Valid Student ID showing name and current status) should be scanned and uploaded on the registration system).
• All registrations include admission to all technical sessions.
• At least one of the authors must complete an author registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference.
• One author registration covers only one paper.
• Payment can be made by any UPI like Phonepe, Paytm or Google Pay.
• For any registration category, no refunds will be made in any case.
